Oscar Brand's old Elektra LP album "Every Inch A sailor" had U.S. Navy World War II songs about all kinds of ships from subs ("Sub Divison 9") to Tin Cans, ("Destroyer Life", "Ain't Going To Sea No More") to carriers ("Ormoc Bay"). Not on CD, but custom cassettes can be ordered from Oscar himself.
