Case Western Reserve University, only it's now a joint program in Library Management between the Weatherhead School of Business and the library school at Syracuse University.
In No. Indiana, I'd check out Dominican U.'s school in Chicago (well, for all practical purposes). Or the School of Library and Information Science at the University of Indiana (although I don't think much of the dean there). Or the University of Illinois at Chambana. Kent State University is another possibility, as is Wayne State and the U. of Michigan. Lots of good schools within a fairly easy drive, and if you want to look farther afield, the U. of Kentucky has one.
There are also "distance learning" grad courses, too. The U. of Illinois has one, as does the U. of Washington and Emporia State in Kansas.
These are what come immediately to mind.
Were I in the situation, I'd check Dominican first and the U. of Illinois next, then the U. of Michigan.
