I've tried responding to this three times and hopefully this time I'll get through! Martin, I suspect you are the exception here. I would like to think that most 'catters are less self-centered than you and more willing to contribute to the common good. I'm curious as to why Max hasn't chimed in on any of the threads about this issue.
