For those living in the UK, the Screaming Net/ LocalTel deal is worth looking at. You have to move your phone from BT to local tel but they say line rental is the same, guarantee call costs 10% cheaper and offer a free ISP. Phone calls to this ISP are free between 6pm and 8am and all weekend. It is the only way I can afford to spend the amount of time here and ICQ.. that I do.
