We can then branch out into fermented venison. There's always a dead deer along the road somewhere around here that's been in the sun for a couple of days until the deer bloats up like a balloon. I read somewhere that the Inuit purposely do the same with seals, and the Assinaboin (sp?) tribe was accused by neighboring tribes of eating dead buffalo that had been cured the same way, so there's two precedents.

As for who's going to clean up this mess - raccoons and black bears will eat anything. Let them do it.
