Actually, I've come to like the family of martinis that that use vodka and fruit-cordial, like Chambord or Pucker.

-- as long as the barkeep listens, makes sure to use GREY GOOSE (tyvm!), and not too much of the syrupy stuff.

In a frosted glass, after a hard day's work, it's awesome.
