Perhaps she should marry David Blunkett! I think that I'll change my name to John Prescott / David Blunkett / Tessa Jowell & claim ignorance if I fall foul of law or regulation. If the people who supposedly set these laws & run their organisations aren't aware of their responsibilities what sort of example does that set??
