Time is the measure of perceived movements in space. If everything stops moving, so does time.

Not so, LH. Time is the perception of a linear connection between many "things" that results in the perception of the unfoldment of "events" (perception of movement being one kind of "event"). When all "things" are perceived simultaneously, time ceases to exist.
