You're certainly centrally located. Bob Bolton is a kilometre or 2 west, & I'm a similar distance east, & the bus to JennyO's place goes almost past your door, and you have a 10-15 minute bus trip or walk to the CBD.

I'll be on leave from Monday 10th & I head off to the National by train on the 12th (7am!!), Bob is driving down on Monday.
