I apologise if I have misunderstood but in response to a statement I made, about it being completely out of the blue and unprovoked, that looks remarkably like you are suggesting that my version of events is rather unlikely. Would you please explain how else I could have interpretted it in any other way than you are doubting my word? If you do not believe what I say to be true what other conclusion can I come to other than you think that I am lying? Simply put if a statement is not true it must be false.

Nowhere in your opening post did you say I've said -I'll- believe it when I hear all sides of the story If that is what you are saying now please have the courtesy to explain your previous phraseology so we do not misinterpret your meaning. Hopefuly you will be able to hear all sides of the story as and when the case is tried. Until then would you care to give me the benefit of the doubt?
