sorry - I had a bad case of help desk overload yesterday. lemmee tell you, people prefer *any* line of BS rather then the truth when the truth is something they don't like.

The trouble is, it is extremely hard to come up with anything other then "we don't know what the problem is, we are working on it, and no, we cannot estimate a time for the problem to be resolved as we don't know what the problem is yet" when that is the situation.
