"Thirty-five minutes" is the correct answer. It's just in the margin of time people will wait, and they are less likely to notice when an hour has passed as they wait. Try that next time. (It worked great at the cave where I worked years ago. If there weren't enough people to run a tour and this was the first query, we had them wait at least 35 minutes hoping someone else would come along.)
