YOU have a problem with peaceful conflict resolution, if you believe that the possesion of nuclear weapons by a country that has a stated intent of the destruction of another country will lead to "peaceful resolution": Unless you mean that once all the Jews are dead, the middle east will be a ppeaceful place.
