That was in the Star Trek episode entitled "The Sporran Doesn't Tilt Here Anymore." In it, Scotty sang that great ballad:

And Scotty just got grazed, sir...

I just remember the bit above, but someone out there probably knows all of it. It's supposed to be a wonderful old Scots ballad from the West of Scotland. I do remember Spock playing the bagpipes, Chekhov on the lute, and Kirk on mouth harp.
