gnu - That place was called "Don's Coffeehouse". At its peak it was absolutely sublime. It was the best time I've ever had as a musician. It was open 3 nights a week, and I rarely missed a night for awhile there. I was the third person to play there 100 times, so I was one of the regulars, all right. Like all things, though, it changed and by about the 4 or 5 year mark it began to subtley lose the magic, somehow. Still it carried on for at least another 5 years after that.
