LH, just sitting here thinking on the ideas above, maybe we could incorporate certain "privileges" into the scheme. Not elitist stuff, but access to certain areas or abilities? I am free thinking here so don't hold me to it, but I am encouraging everyone to throw in some ideas, be they positive or critical. Let's work this through.
