Aaah it's so sad.

Way back when it all started it was a great idea, back before sattelite communications,when TV had a range of about 50 miles and relayed forein transmissions were considered wonderful, even if a bit grainy.

What a wonderful idea it was,and the early ones were great.

But time took it's toll and it became nothing to do with the original concept of Eurovision. It became who could find the catchiest (Kitchiest) tune.
