Well, yeah, GUEST... Maybe in reality this model hasn't worked but, hmmmmmmm, maybe it just' needs a little tweakin'... It does seem to solve a few problems...

I remember back in the 70's when my brother-in-law had to spend 4 years workin' in a hospital in San Diego as part of the loans the government had made him to become a doctor... Well, he was gettin' paid real lousy fir a doctor, 'er intern, 'er whatever he was at the time an' so he and another doctor were commuting in from Mexico where they had a real cheapie house on the ocean....

Yeah, maybe jus' a little tweakin'...
