Thanks for the information, Guest of 3:16; I am guessing you work there. As a local, and a member since 1981, and a long-term festival enjoyer, I too have been concerned in talking with several friends who work there about the challenging situation the Museum faces, and the measures needed to survive, and of course the Festival which is, as many musicians have told me, "the Carnegie Hall of sea music." I hope they can keep on doing what they have to do, to be able to keep on with their many worthwhile projects. A lot of people probably think of the Seaport as a sort of theme park and do not realize the substantial historic resource it is, not only in its library and collections but also in its knowledgeable people.
Good to know this Festival at least is on track to keep happening....
