They want to check out the theory that only people with bald heads wear hats.

I agree with LF, but am sure its aimed at the young ens, so that they can detect the little buggers. Which makes me wonder why they would want to do that to Leadfingers & D (tG). Could it be

a. They look like criminals
b. They wanted to see if they had a bald head
c. Having set the precident for the youngsters, they are honour bound to apply it to all ages (inclusion and equal rights)

So discuss :-)
