Hi Charlie - we seem to be getting some of that wet weather here in beautiful downtown Earlwood at the moment - just as well cos we have a drought that needs to break. So it's been all hands to man the tarps! We park our cars under tarps and the BBQ area is covered too. But they are crummy old ones, and the whole thing is very makeshift. So when it rains, there are always bits that collect large volumes of water.

Yesterday morning, John came out to find one of those sections weighted down almost to the ground with water just near my car door. It was too heavy to empty and entrance to my car on that side was blocked, so he got in the passenger side and drove my car out from under, then punctured a hole in the tarp to let the water out. What a mess! I spent more time later sorting out other bits in the rain, and came inside covered in water and mud.

I hope your festival isn't going to be that rain-affected! Good luck with it. Wish we could be there!
