Hey there Oombanjo,fear not! Of course we support the festival. The whole atmosphere of the festival and the fringe are bound up together and I think that the fringe benefits from the festival as a whole. (Even though I did really enjoy the Peoples Voice weekend).

It's juist that the festival has never really been comfortable with the fringe. Moving reluctantly from ignoring itin the early days to discouraging it, then grdging acceptance that it was here to stay.

I don't the fringe to be organised as part of the full blown festival but full co-operation would be good. Then we can all enjoy the weekend together.
