Sorcha, my friend, you made a comment about meeting a hundred or so. Why be so crabby? This is a fun thread, IMO.

But I still ain't gonna try and list them. But I will tell you about when Allan C and Bill Sables came to my home on the great ramble. It was about 3:00 or so in the morning and I had to go to the corner to meet them. Bill had been reading my posts, and imagining what I must look like. So out of the darkness I come strolling up, and he turns and sees this great hulk of a man come strolling up. His jaw kind of dropped as he did a double take and murmurs "Big Mick" in a tone I can't describe. I laugh thinking about it. I loved my time with Bill and Allan and wish I could see them again.
