Well I too, hade a similar experience today.

I was walking down the highway, high humidity, high fog, extremely wet night,
and I walked right on top of an old 5' snapper.
It waved it's head up and me and said
"Do you want a ride?"
I said, "yes, thank-you."
It took me just where I needed to go.
