Why don't you be a little intellectually honest here and rephrase your claims?

Last time I checked...Viagra was not a narcotic. You can't blame a brother for wanting to have a little fun now can you? There were no "narcotics".

Mark Davis never said that 2nd hand smoke is fine. All he said is that there is no way that 2nd hand smoke can have the same effect to a non smoker that sucking smoke directly from a cigarette into your own lungs can have. He was responding to the report from the surgeon general that said that breathing 2nd hand smoke was the "same as smoking".
Just ask any smoker that is trying to stop if just standing in a room full of cigarette smoke does anything to stop their craving. I can guarantee you that almost 100% of the time the answer will be an unequivocal "no".
Just plain common sense will tell you that even though there is a risk from 2nd hand smoke that the real danger still lies with drawing that chemically laced drag directly into your lungs.

But maybe that's why you don't understand what he was saying. It seems that common sense just flies way too far over your head.
