Bonnie's memorial service was yesterday. It was really very nice. Many memories were shared, many tears were shed, even a few laughs. Just what she had wanted. We were fortunate to have enough warning to discuss her wishes, so that I am confident that we did the right thing by her. The kids and I reinforced our bond and promised to take care of each other.
