Gullible is so in the dictionary: my 2002 OED on CD has it as follows:

gullible, a.

... bunch of phonetics, [f. GULL v. + -IBLE; historically it seems to have been a back-formation from prec. Cf. GULLABLE.]

Capable of being gulled or duped; easily cheated, befooled. Also absol.
