When I first saw the title, I groaned and thought it was going to be awful. Actually, it is a very good lyric and I agree with every word. How people can purport to be shocked by a breast but left unmoved by bombings, has always baffled me. There is a time and a place to be a little crass, so this is spot on. Thanks for posting.
In the attitude and approach of the lyric, it reminded me of something, which I knocked off in the middle of another one of those silly media storms a few years back. A sort of a bluegrass version would have appeared on my first album. However, by the time we recorded it, we had to drop it as it was no longer topical...

Has Billy been a bonking?
The right wing press is honking
That's what they all are lining up to say
They say the old draft dodger was busy with his todger
When Hilary was out at work one day
And everyone who thinks he was bonking Miss Lewinsky
Is lining up to have the man impeached
They're going to vent their fury and summon a Grand Jury
To see if his career can be beached

Forget about the fissile warhead on that Scud missile
Forget about infant mortality
Forget about inflation – What really grabs the nation
Is the issue of Big Bill's "morality"
So if they can find lipstick on the presidential dipstick
They'll throw his reputation in his face
A forty million budget should be enough to smudge it
And hound him out of office in disgrace

So now the burning issue's examining the tissue
Of what should constitute a president
They like 'em old and grey – not female, black or gay
And preferably sexually incontinent
For everyone who picks on dear Richard Millhouse Nixon
How many more would kick Bill Clinton out?
If PR men and Max Factor can get in a cracked ex actor
Have they really nothing else to bitch about?
