The abc quoted above is from the Village Music Project. It was made from notation in a music MS compiled by George Watson of Norfolk in the later 19th century.

ABC can be converted to staff notation or midi online, at

If using Concertina.net, remove any spaces at the beginning of lines before submitting.

The first step in finding notation for tunes of this sort is always to search at J C's abc Tunefinder. Results can be returned as abc, staff or midi.
