Adds a whole new dimension to our Christmas repertoire (which already includes "Deck Us Now With Boston Charlie", "Walking 'Round In Women's Underwear" and Brian Chadbourne's Christmas shopping shanty).
I'm looking forward to singing it (but not looking forward to the accompanying weather or my abbreviated deadlines for getting the Real Estate Guide to the printer).
