Maybe we should start small and work up.. Ban the belly top for a start.. especially when worn by those with a belly that should be decently covered and cunningly disguised, if not forcibly hidden behind whalebone (there's a plastic version now, don't worry about the demise of more whales) and discrete corsetry.
