Our GE fridge just did the same thing, the freezer's working ok but the fridge wasn't staying cold, only slightly cool & I had to throw out most of the food this morning. We had to go out & buy a new one last night. Rather than repair it we figured on a new on, this one we got from my mother-in-law 12 or 13 yrs ago & she had it at least a couple yrs before she moved into a place that had a real good one.
Good luk on a fix. I usually go to Seaars, they do take good care to fix their large appliances. With the kids being teenagers we did need a larger fridge too.
