Guest; Thank you for your erudite and illuminating posts. Now you've comprehensively defeated everyone else on the board,demonstrated that you care more deeply about this problem than anyone else and shown how plain wrong the rest of us have been for the last 30 years; would it be possible for you to offer us the benefit of your wisdom by describing the one true solution to the problem, as I assume from the general tone of your posts above that you do have the answer?(if you have the time; you must be very busy sorting out all that political stuff on behalf of the rest of the world)
