You have been abundantly patient with Candice and Company but you need to stick to her like a leech, and, yes, she probably needs the invoice resubmitted. I would copy everything she e-mails you, along with your replies to her, and forward them to Mystic Seaport Museum (not sure what name would be best to address such concerns to?) so she knows other powers may be watching. I bet she doesn't wait 45 days to mail you your check.
