"TORONTO - Worried by the growing international criticism of civilian deaths in Lebanon, Israel's diplomatic corps has launched a counterattack, using film footage from spy planes to show Hezbollah guerrillas repeatedly launching rockets against Israel from deep within heavily populated residential areas.

Israel's Consul General in Toronto, Ya'acov Brosh, told a news conference on Thursday Hezbollah has brought its cynical way of fighting ''to new heights by hiding behind the skirts of women and the diapers of babies.''"
