If the person is getting a lot of exercise there should be little worry. Obesity is a threshold of bady/mass index which seems to shift around over the years. May I draw an analogy with water tanks. If you use a lot of water - you need a big tank to even out the delivery. Body fat is no different.

Having said that I don't like being over-weight let alone fat. I eat frugally, dance a lot and still the clothes don't fit - HAVE YOU TRIED finding red trousers?
