Hi, Mom.

I'm back.

The Marriott is very stylish, a bit sterile. The roof lounge crawls with 20-spomethings craving to look hip ion the evenings. The few from the roof is magnificent. The GasLamp District is beautiful, rich with excellent food and fine entertainment. We saw a comedy and drank Guinness in an Irish Pub with a real shit-kicking Irish group called the Whooligans. Catch them if you can -- they operate out of Long Beach CA. We had a lovely time and I am glad to be home.
