How about a workshop for people who want to sing but are afraid. I'm thinking of the people who attend song circles and would just really love to sing something but are too nervous about singing in front of people. A workshop to encourage and help these people gain some confidence about singing in front of others - "Overcoming stage fright" or something like that.
