I should also add to what I stated (now that I'm rambling away on the subject) ... when the N.B. government was deciding on how to remedy the unemployment situation it had at the time a resource to provide(other than an large number of workers) and that was one of the best telecommunications infrastructures in North America ... that being NBTEL which was very advanced in 'land line' research and development. NBTEL being the telephone company of New Brunswick.
