All of Ian Tyson's stuff since the early 70s is definitely "western" music but if you're talking about old classics and traditional cowboy songs, his "Old Corrals and Sagebrush & Other Cowboy Culture Classics" on Vanguard Records, #151/52 - 2, released 1994.
