Can't check it out from here, blocked by net gear, (at work) as for feedback we all start @ zero (I have over 1100 now!) Go into community and type his/her handle into "search" (near top left)you will find out a litte about him, go into feedback click on the long number on the right hand side and you will see what has been sold previously, if it is a lot of small items to local people (you can see if they are local to him by putting the buyer's handle into community search)then he has built feedback via mates, unlikely though as a person can only feedback once to an individual. Multiple feedbacks appear as a higher number under the % number.
