Guess I am a "newbie". I have been a "reader" for several months and signed up a few weeks ago. I'm not a musician (play basic guitar), not a college student (those days are behind me now), not much of a singer (my thanks to those @ "Sounds Like Sunday" at the Dandelion Cafe in Halifax for making me feel comfortable enough to sing), but am a total devotee of lyrics, puns, melodies, prose, harmonies, guitar licks, the sweet sound of the mandolin, and the twang of the banjo. I love the fiddle, and the pipes make me cry......this is the perfect place for me to be.....thanks to all the "seasoned vetrans" at the 'Cat for the laughs and the provocative thoughts!
