I went to Genoa boat show last week at a cost of a penny each way plus some taxes. I could have flown Alitalia at a cost of some hundreds of pounds but chose Ryan. Brand new plane, spotlessly clean, great flights. I still can't get my head round the economics of it but I don't think I'm unusual in taking the opportunity while I can. Is it right? - probably not and I agree that something should be done about it, but there you go!
