Hayes Carll has a song called CHICKENS, cowritten with Ray Wylie Hubbard, on his latest CD. I've heard him do it, but can't remember the words. I think it's a 12 bar blues and it's pretty funny.
Fred Eaglesmith has ROOSTER FIGHT, but it probably wouldn't be appropriate.
