No problem if a 'newbie' pops in and refreshes a post, or a vetran catter at that ... why not recycle a post if it concerns a topic of interest.

Vacumn cleaners are an appliance that cost a considerable amount ... if someone wants other opinions from catters before going out to purchase .. creating a post, refreshing it or whatever is a good idea.
