Thanks, Sins. My dau. is a bit mad at herself for not remembering to get a name, addy, etc. We DO know the woman lives on the golf course in a high-priced area and that ruby red car has got to stand out. I am trying to believe there was just some miscommunication about where to meet and that she will call again. Barring that, my dau. has just had me add to the ads in the papers. She laid it on a bit thick, BUT I don't blame her. Here's the text added on: "To the lady who called from the Ridges in the Redlands, near the golf course and positively identified my son's boxer puppy, please call back. I waited two hours & my son cried all night because we never connected." (He didn't cry quite all night.)

Trying to follow my own advice: "give thanks for this or something better for the highest good of all concerned and let it go.":-(
