There's a saying from the old radical days - "It's politically sound to take care of yourself!" I'd recommend some dark chocolate and the silliest movie you can rent - or whatever will give you a little break. As the other folks have said, we're all pulling for the both of you, so there's room for you to take a little time off to take care of yourself.
