The Boar's Head (affectionately known as The Whore's Bed) is a little haven of real ale, both Welsh and otherwise. It's a fine gem - behind the bar, eight handpumps are eager to quench your raging thirst - all at cheap prices, I might add. Real ale addicts have been known to face eastwards (or whatever compass point they are) and give thanks for good beer and for the Boar's Head. Long may it continue!
