Thanks for the link, Russ.   Do you know these Hammons?

My wife's mother is a Hammons from Lynch, KY. She's a coalminer's daughter. We've been meaning to get over to West Virginney and get a visit with these Hammons.

My mother-in-law says they're kin (not to me o' course - I'd just drive the truck over and back with a promise to keep quiet.)
