The TL07x range are horrid for audio.
5532/4 aren't too bad. Neve used them all over the place.

Just to match a typical mixer mic input stage, you should be looking at the intrumentation amplifier style chips like the SSM7021 or (much better) INA217.

For top level performance, you still need discrete components and you're looking at things like triple paralleled matched transistor pairs. If you're planning an 80dB gain setting you need to to pull out all the stops for low noise. You don't usually need more than 60 dB.
